Commercial Sales Support Officer | Starfoil

Would you like to work with international customers in our brand-new office in Waalwijk? Our advanced machines are used worldwide in the printing industry. As a Sales Support Employee, you not only interact with our customers, but also with our engineers to realise the best solutions together. What will you do?
As a Sales Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for our (international) customers. You have an important role in processing quotations, sales orders and invoicing in Navision. Our customer base is growing rapidly, partly due to our expansion in England. You will work in a nice, close-knit
team where we support each other during busy periods and also when we are absent. After all, we do it all together as a team!

Your duties:

• Support customers with queries on sales orders, range, pricing and maintenance, both by email and telephone.
• Keeping customer information up to date and processing data in our ERP and CRM system (Navision and Hubspot).
• Confirming orders and monitoring delivery times.
• Thinking about promotional campaigns via mailings and social media and helping to prepare trade shows.
• Preparation of customs and export documents (no experience? We'll be happy to teach you!).
• Intensive consultation with our engineers; affinity with machines is a plus.
• Preparing and following up on quotations by actively contacting clients by phone and/or email.
• Building long-term relationships with our clients, many of whom we have worked with for years.
